Who We Are


The Mill Works, located at 22 Town Farm Road in Westford is a Health, Wellness, Education Sports Performance Center. We endeavor to be the most frequented and largest indoor sports facility in the Middlesex County/Nashoba Valley region.  The Mill Works is family orientated with an activity, sport or recreational event for everyone.  Members will enjoy access to our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Strength and Agility classes, Yoga classes, League Play, the walking/running track and open gym time in our two large indoor turfs, six hardwood basketball/futsal courts, multipurpose/volleyball courts, four-square courts and pickle ball courts.


For teams, The Mill Works offers corporate lunchtime leagues as well as youth and adult leagues for basketball, soccer, futsal, flag football, lacrosse and volleyball.  Individual training and development is offered for those looking to improve their skills through year-round clinics and summer programs.

The Mill Works is an ideal spot for social gatherings with ample space to host birthday parties for all ages, team and league meetings, community events and informal gatherings with friends, neighbors and teammates.

The Mill Works takes the security of your information seriously. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of your information, The Mill Works has implemented numerous physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, it is impossible for us to fully guarantee that these measures will prevent any or all unauthorized use of your information.


Because our programs are supported totally by fees, refunds are not given. In the case of a medical withdrawal, a refund will be given minus 25% administration fee after the office receives a doctor’s note. In the case of a medical withdrawal, please allow two to three weeks for refund.

If a participant withdraws from a program at least seven days prior to the start date, they are entitled to a credit minus a 25% administration fee for every program withdrawal. If a participant withdraws from a program less than seven days prior to the start date, no credit will be issued.

NO credit if withdrawal is less than seven days prior to the start date.
NO credit once a program has begun.
NO credit for classes missed or forgotten.
NO credit due to participant’s inability to attend a make-up date.
