Mill Works Athletic Performance Program – Specialized Training for Specific Athletic Needs

Session 1: Preseason Training for Girls Lacrosse Players:

The Mill Works is running a preseason Athletic Performance program to prepare girls’ lacrosse players for their spring season.  This program includes a 2-month Classic Mill Works membership, as well as a strength and conditioning program focused on the needs of female lacrosse players.  The programs include:

  • Individual Strength and Conditioning workouts
  • Max class size of 20 players
  • Access to a state of the art gym and fitness facility
  • Individual programs focusing on injury prevention, proper body movement, explosive power, as well as linear & lateral speed development
  • 11 sessions, January 7 through February 15
  • Mondays & Wednesdays
  • 6:00 – 7:15 PM
  • $295 for all 11 sessions
