Are you ready to improve your badminton skills, get fit, and have fun?

Our 12-week training program is designed for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals and enjoy the game of Badminton. You'll receive expert coaching in a supportive and engaging environment.

What you'll learn

  • Proper Grip Techniques
  • Essential Stroke Techniques
  • Efficient Footwork and Movement:
  • Serving Skills
  • Game Rules (Singles / Doubles) and Game play
  • Hand-Eye Coordination and Reaction Time
  • Physical Fitness and Endurance
  • Mental Focus and Discipline

Program details

  • Duration: 12 Weeks
  • Day: Saturdays
  • Time: 12 Noon - 1:30 PM
  • Location: The Millworks, Westford
  • Age: 7 years and above
  • Gear: Kids need to bring their own rackets and wear sports shorts/t-shirt and badminton shoes.
  • Dates: Sept 6, 13, 20, 27; Oct 4, 11, 18, 25; Nov 8, 15, 22; Dec 6
  • One Make up session is available:: Dec 13
  • Fees: Upfront payment of $600 + $15 one Time Registration for 12 sessions
